step 1

1 - Multi-class passes

This type of product works with units from which the system deducts after a session. You can define the units, price and expiry. An example is a "Pack of 10" that a client buys and when they attend a session, the pass is reduced with 1 unit. The app keeps track of remaining units and a red icon will show next to the client's name when they are up for renewal.

step 2

2 - Client subscriptions

Subscriptions are time-based as opposed to unit-based. An example is "3 months unlimited" which simply means that the client can use your services for 3 months. You can define time, expiry and price.

step 3

3 - Shop products

A special kind of product is the retail/shop product which you sell once. It is not linked to a service. Examples are a t-shirt, energy bar or a book. A product has a name and a price.

step 4

4 - Selling them

Once you defined your products, you can sell them to your clients. You simply select a client profile and pick the product that you want to sell. Payment can be registered immediately but you can also leave that open for later. In that case a "Remind" link will be visible next to the sale and of course the payment registation against it.

step 5

5 - Upcoming renewals

When a client is up for renewal, you will see a red icon next to their name in the client list. You can also check remaining units/time in the client's profile on their Sales tab.
