Do you support class packs and memberships?
Yes. You can sell single classes, class packs (e.g. 5 or 10 classes) and monthly memberships directly through Bobclass. Credits are deducted automatically at checkout — no manual tracking, no spreadsheets.
Can clients join a waitlist if a class is full?
Yes, on the Studio and Unlimited plans. When a class is full, clients can join the waitlist via the Bobclass Go client app. If a spot opens up, you decide who to offer it to.
Do clients get automatic reminders before class?
Yes. You can configure up to two automatic email reminders per class — for example 24 hours and 2 hours before. You can also send a manual reminder via WhatsApp with one tap, straight from the class view. Both together tend to significantly reduce no-shows.
How does Bobclass compare to Momoyoga for yoga studios?
Momoyoga is popular with yoga teachers and works fine for basic group class scheduling. But there are a few areas where Bobclass is a better fit, especially as your studio grows.
First, Momoyoga is web-only — there's no native app for iPhone, iPad, Mac or Android. That means no push notifications when a client books or cancels, a slower browser experience for both you and your clients, and no iPad check-in option at the door.
Second, Momoyoga reminders are email-only. Bobclass lets you also send a WhatsApp reminder with one tap, straight from the class view — which tends to land better than email, especially for same-day reminders.
Third, Momoyoga doesn't support private or 1:1 session booking. If you offer individual lessons alongside group classes — which many yoga teachers do — you'd need a separate system. Bobclass handles both in the same schedule and the same client database.

You can also attach photos or videos, which is useful for tracking progress in poses or alignment over time. It makes each session feel genuinely personal, and helps enormously when a client comes back after a break.

Just download the app — it's available for iPhone, iPad, Mac and Android. Creating an account takes about 5 minutes. Like installing any other app — no setup call, no onboarding process, no credit card required.
The free plan covers almost everything, including your own client booking page where clients can browse and book your classes online — here's an example. You can run your studio entirely on the free plan for as long as you like.
Once you grow past 25 bookings per month, the first paid tier is €19.99/month and covers up to 200 bookings. No annual contract — upgrade, downgrade or cancel anytime.
